In the People's music, a new year started with a happy news \u2013 a new website about the frames of the frame, or bubynu, was created <\/strong>www.skaniarmani.lv<\/strong><\/a>. The People's Music Society has implemented the project \u201cacquainted and learn to play bubynu!\u201d As part of this, bubyne players, manufacturers, and everybody can learn to play bubynu!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will now be able to learn the Bubyne game independently by following the video instructions. Homepage visitors can experiment themselves with a combination of different instruments along with bubyne (frame benches), such as bubyin and garmoke (ermo\u0146ics), or bubye, violet, and spirits. In the framework of the project, both Bubyne gamers are identified \u2013 individual musicians and musical groups, manufacturing masters and instrumentation techniques. If Bubybye had learned to play in the family, then, today, Bubyne's game needs to be carefully preserved, especially in its historical forms. In 2017, Bubye (small drums) was included in the list of intangible cultural heritage as a preserving and transferable cultural value. The use of the frame drums (bubyna, drums, mozuo bubna (Latgale), small drums (Latgale, Vidzeme), wife (Kurzeme)) has now become much more topical than 10-20 years ago, but musicians have insufficient knowledge and skills in the traditional technique and manners of the instrument, and lack of knowledge of the possible use of the instrument in other non-traditional musical configurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The People's Musicist Society for research and promotion of the People's music tradition has been for 16 years. The research of the leader of the association Iveta Duka\u013cska and related traditions has been carried out since 2001, which is also the basis for the bachelor, master and doctoral studies. On the other hand, Zane Duka\u013cska has developed a master's work \u201cframe drums\u201d by using the materials of the private People's music archives and carrying out an in-depth study. bubyne<\/em> the tradition in Latgale, also based on the information contained in the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get to know and learn to play Bubybye<\/em>in the resulting website www.skaniarmani.lv<\/a> in the future, the People's Musicist Society will update information and training opportunities in the digital environment for the acquisition of both Bubyne (frame drums) skills and deeper familiarisation of other People's music instruments and traditions, both calling for participation in masters and People's music events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project was implemented by the People's Musicist Society in collaboration with SIA \u201cMedia Runner\u201d and the individual instrument-makers and instrument makers, supported by the National Cultural Capital Foundation, but working on homepage www.skaniarmani.lv<\/a> the improvement will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
