{"id":4696,"date":"2023-02-13T15:55:26","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T13:55:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nematerialakultura.lv\/?p=4696"},"modified":"2023-03-23T19:10:01","modified_gmt":"2023-03-23T17:10:01","slug":"aicina-pieteikt-pretendentus-nemateriala-kulturas-mantojuma-padomei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nematerialakultura.lv\/en\/2023\/02\/13\/aicina-pieteikt-pretendentus-nemateriala-kulturas-mantojuma-padomei\/","title":{"rendered":"Calls for applications to be submitted to the Council for Intangible Cultural Heritage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Latvian National Cultural Centre invites representatives from non-governmental organisations, whose activity is related to the preservation of intangible cultural heritage and which operates in Kurzeme, Latgale, Celia, Vidzeme, Zemgale and Riga, to apply for work in the Council of Intangible Cultural Heritage (SNA).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE Council of LATVIA shall evaluate applications for inclusion of elements of intangible cultural heritage in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List, as well as provide opinions to the Minister for Culture and the National Cultural Centre of Latvia regarding the plan for the preservation of intangible cultural heritage and draft regulatory enactments in the field of intangible cultural heritage. THE members of THE COUNCIL of THE SNA shall act without remuneration within the Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Law on Intangible Cultural Heritage adopted in 2016 provides that the Council shall consist of five specialists of the intangible cultural heritage, which are delegated by the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development, THE UNESCO Latvian National Commission and the Latvian Local Government Union, the four scientists invited by the Minister for Culture or representatives of the academic staff of higher schools, whose scientific or academic activity is related to the preservation of intangible cultural heritage, as well as five representatives invited by the Minister for Culture from non-governmental organisations whose activities are related to the preservation of intangible cultural heritage and which operate in Kurzeme, Latgale, Vidzeme, Zemgale and Riga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having regard to the city and parish belonging to the Latvian historical lands laid down in Section 2, Paragraph one of the Latvian Historical Land Law, and in accordance with the regulations of the Council of Culture issued in June 2022, the Council of Culture shall additionally include one representative from a non-governmental organisation active in Celia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicant shall submit a copy of the decision or a statement of the minutes regarding the nomination of the representative, the consent of the written person to be a member of the Council; a description of the person's residence (CV) regarding the experience in the field of intangible cultural heritage and a copy of the Statutes of the non-governmental organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Applications to be submitted by 15 March<\/strong> electronically: lnkc@lnkc.gov.lv (with secure electronic signature), as well as personally or by post: Latvian National Culture Centre, Zigfr\u012bda Annas Meierovica bulv\u0101ris 14 \u2013 7, Riga LV 1050.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Latvijas Nacion\u0101lais kult\u016bras centrs aicina pieteikties darbam Nemateri\u0101l\u0101 kult\u016bras mantojuma (NKM) padom\u0113 p\u0101rst\u0101vjus no nevalstiskaj\u0101m organiz\u0101cij\u0101m, kuru darb\u012bbas m\u0113r\u0137is saist\u012bts ar nemateri\u0101l\u0101 kult\u016bras mantojuma saglab\u0101\u0161anu un kas darbojas Kurzem\u0113, Latgal\u0113, S\u0113lij\u0101, Vidzem\u0113, Zemgal\u0113 un R\u012bg\u0101.
