On December 8 at 10.00 An informative seminar “national and non-governmental, individual and collective responsibility and opportunities for preservation of cultural heritage” will be held at the Award Cultural and Holiday Centre (Freedom Street 61, Balvi).
In the seminar, the LATVIAN Intangible Cultural Heritage Expert Gita Lancere, THE LNKC historic Earth expert, Agnese Karlsone, the Prorector of Latvian Academy of Culture in Anda Laķe, the rector of the Latvian Academy of Culture Ruth Muktato and the intangible cultural heritage researcher Evita Zaremba-Kruger, will appear in the seminar. The seminar will also take part in the “River” and Vilaka Cultural House folklore “Atzele”.
