Processing of personal data at the National Cultural Centre of Latvia
Your privacy and data protection for Latvian National Cultural Centre (hereinafter - LNKC) are very important. The public administration prevails for openness and transparency so that you can feel safe by giving us your personal data, we have described how and for what purposes the data of THE LNKC is processed.
We assume that you have read this notification before submitting personal data and have accepted the processing of these data.
We will process your personal data in accordance with the realization of legal interests, the fulfilment of the obligations laid down in laws and regulations, the fulfilment of the obligations laid down in the contracts, the provision of public information, as well as other intended purposes.
THE LNKC shall process personal data subject to confidentiality requirements and ensure the security of the personal data at our disposal. THE LNCC shall use a variety of safeguards to prevent unauthorised access to data, disclosure of data or the use of other non-compliant personal data. The proper handling, storage, integrity of the data with an appropriate level of security shall be ensured in our institution. We use proportionate and appropriate physical, technical and administrative procedures and means to protect our collected and processed personal data. The security measures implemented shall be continuously improved in accordance with the requirements of safety.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time for the collection, processing and use of your personal data. THE LNKC will assess your requirements in accordance with your legal interests. If personal data will no longer be required for pre-defined processing purposes, they will be deleted.
THE LNKC shall be responsible and process personal data with means to prevent abuse of personal data, unauthorised disclosure, change.
